You know how you wait for ages for a bus and then all of a sudden loads of them come at the same time?

 

Today I finally bought the 35mm I've been threatening to buy for ages. Can't wait to try it out.

I took a photos last week, on my mobile phone, of the fog that hung over Dublin which I posted to Twitter. Lots of people reacted very well to it and it garnered a fair few Retweets (you'll find it here http://pic.twitter.com/URZTUQ1j). I took the same photo on my DSLR and was hoping to get it resized and watermarqued up so I could post it to the blog today. Long story short that particular shot was corrupted and I've tried everything in my considerable repatoire to get it back but no such luck. 

I did take some other photos of the fog and this is my favourite of the rest. The moral of the story? Take a second shot!
